The Operetta CLS is a microscope for high content screening (HCS). It can acquire, analyze and manage live cell images in various fluorescence channels, as well as digital phase contrast and brightfield. It is possible to choose between confocal and non-confocal microscopy and it can be switched between four objectives (5x Air, 10x Air, 20x Air and 40x Water) and set temperature and CO2 values as needed for individual cells. Of course, also fixed cells or tissue on slides can be imaged and analyzed.
