Applications
In addition to all management and supporting processes, the 4 core processes (IHC, Flow Cytometry, Ex Vivo Compound Screening, and Solubles) are also included in the scope of the CBmed TQM system.
A major step towards enabling high quality standards during establishing and monitoring of diverse processes within the laboratory was the implementation of a Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS). This system covers all of CBmed´s equipment (including maintenance), and is used for the control of documents, training records and successively tracks the data obtained during analysis. This allows CBmed to generate a full overview of the entire workflow from sampling to data science.
With the total quality management system we implement a continuous process of improvement. All parts of the company are held responsible to detect and reduce or eliminate errors to ensure the quality of our final products. It streamlines the supply chain management, customer services and employee training and relies on data-driven decision-making to achieve excellence and efficiency in an organization’s operations
